In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for jury trial. Give a very good closing argument. In the afternoon a verdict comes down. Drive home. It is raining hard outside. Go to Orangetheory. Tough workout. My heart is in the red zone most of the time.

The geese couple is sitting in Cathedral Square Park waiting for me. They run to me when they see me. There is a calm vibe in the city this late afternoon. Walk back home.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. Drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Drive home. In the afternoon walk around downtown. Walk north on Prospect Avenue. Walk to Brady Street. Walk back home. Feel like I am back on track.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive to Racine. Go in for a hearing. Drive back to Milwaukee. Go to the jail for a consultation. Go back to court for a late afternoon hearing. Long day of running around. Burned the fuck out.

In the afternoon drive to the Safety Building. Go in for a sentencing hearing but the client acts out. The judge is not happy. Drive home. Lay on the couch and watch more tv.
In the morning drive out to the Waukesha County Courthouse. Many changes out there. New fancy courtrooms. Drive to Stein’s Garden. Buy some plants and flowers for the patio garden. Walk west around Marquette. Plant the garden. Go to Orangetheory.
