Don't Worry, Be Happy
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk down to the lakefront. Stop at a kaleidoscope art structure at the Northwest Mutual building. Take a picture. Walk out on the McKinley Marina pier again. Walk home.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for several hearings. Drive home. Eat lunch. Walk to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk home. The energy stops flowing. Crash on the couch.
In the morning drive to Franklin to get a hair cut. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk down to the lakefront. Walk way out on the McKinley Marina pier. See a sailboat heading east.
In the morning walk to the office. Work all day. Get a ton of stuff done. Walk home. Walk south to Walker’s Point. Walk to 13th Street. Walk back home.
In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Sit around and wait for the air conditioner repair person to arrive. They say they can’t fix it and I have to spend a ton of money on a new one. Watch “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” (1939).
In the morning walk to the office. It is hot outside again today. Work for a while. Walk home. In the afternoon drive to Heather’s house. Stop to see the college bound signage in their front yard. Eat ribs and a salad. Drive home.
In the morning clean the house. Ride my bike to 76th Street. It is hot out here. Hottest day of the year by far. Walk north on the Hank Aaron trail. See an ambulance crew rescuing a person on the trail who passed out from the heat. Keep walking. Walk north to Mount Mary University. Need a break. Thankfully the doors are open. Go in side and cool down and drink lots of water. Refreshing. Walk back to my bike. It is difficult due to the heat and soreness. Ride home. Covered in sweat. It is as though I just got out of the shower. Lay on the couch.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. Walk down to the lakefront. It is very warm outside. See a big dragonfly floating around. Walk home.
In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk down to the lakefront. Walk north to UW-Milwaukee. See the new chemistry building. It starts to rain. Dart in and out of the rain by going under bridges and trees. Walk home in the sunshine however.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Eat lunch. Drive back to the courthouse for more hearings all afternoon. Drive home. Lay on the couch.
