In the morning walk around downtown and over to the lakefront. Walk up the Oak Leaf trail to North Avenue. Take my bike out to Heather’s house. Bryce installs a new seat post. RIde my bike around their subdivision. It feels so much better. Go inside to celebrate Emmet’s birthday.

Emerging from the pandemic

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. The hallways are full of people. The courthouse is emerging from the pandemic. In the afternoon drive back to the courthouse for more hearings. At night go to Orangetheory. Up in the red zone almost the most of the workout.

She has so much energy today

Go in for a consultation. They hand out packis to the staff while shift change swirls around me. Later walk around downtown and along the lakefront. Walk up the Oak leaf trail to North Avenue. Walk home as it gets dark.

Keto flu

In the morning work around the house. Later walk down to the lagoon. There are some ducks waiting for me at the Bodhi tree. Put out corn for them. They are all over it. Walk up the Oak Leaf trail to North Avenue. My stomach is upset. I beleive that I am enduring “Keto Flu”. It has been three weeks without sugar and carbohydrates and my organs are in revolt.

Force field on the porch

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk over to the courthouse for a hearing. Drive to Lorena’s house. Play on the sidewalk with Xena. Chase her. She runs onto the porch. I am prevented from entering the porch because of the force field that keeps out all Zombies such as myself. In the afternoon drive back to the jail for another consultation.
