In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for three different jury trials. Two are adjourned and one is plead out. Drive home. A massive rainstorm rages outside. Take a long nap. Later watch “Wall-E” (2008).

Sit through closing arguments

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Walk over to the jail. Go in for two consultations. Walk over to the Safety Building. Sit through closing arguments in a jury trial waiting for my cases to be called. Drive home. Eat lunch. Drive back to the courthouse. Go into the Safety Building for two more hearings. Drive home. Lay on the couch.

Jesse Owens

In the morning walk to the office. Work until noon. Walk home. Eat lunch. Walk back to the office. Work until around 4:00 P.M. Walk around downtown for a while. At night watch “Race” (2016), a movie about Jesse Owens and his victories at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

Too tired to do anything else

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Walk over to the courthouse cafe. Eat breakfast. Walk back to the jail. Go in for more consultations. Drive home. Walk to the office. Grab a file. Walk home. Drive back to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing but it gets adjourned. Drive home. Too tired to do anything else.

Trail out to Gordon Park

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Eat lunch. Walk back to the office. Work for a bit longer. Walk home. Walk north on Water Street to Brady Street. Walk along the trail out to Gordon Park. Walk east on Locust Street to Lake Park. Walk along the lakefront back home.

Don’t get much done

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for jury trial. Case is adjourned. Drive home. In the afternoon walk to the office. Work for a while. Don’t get much done. Later walk down to the lakefront.

Abandoned Boston Store lot

In the morning drive to Mequon. Walk around. Drive to Menomonee Falls. Walk around some more. Drive home. Drive to Fleming’s Steakouse in Brookfield. Park in the abandoned Boston Store lot. Eat steak and lobster. Drive to Heather’s house. Eat cake and ice cream for her and for my dad’s birthdays which are one day apart. Drive home.

On the Silver Globe

In the morning do nothig. Struggle to do anything all day. Manage to walk to the Marquette Union. Buy an umbrella for Heather’s birthday. Walk to George Webb. Eat lunch. Walk home. Take a long nap. Wake up still tired. Watch “On the Silver Globe” (1988).
