In the morning drive to Capitol Drive and Calhoun Road. Walk way over 8 hours until it gets dark. Walk way too much. Really way too much.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several things. Prepare for jury trial on Monday. In the afternoon walk down to the lakefront. Walk north to UW-Milwaukee. Walk south on Oakland Avenue. Somebody tossed a chair out as garbage. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the Waukesha County Jail. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. My iPad won’t start back up. Take it to the Apple Store at Mayfair Mall. Guy there gets it rebooted in under a minute. Walk over to Macy’s and buy a new suit. Drive back home.

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Drive home. Lay on the couch with a headache and watch superhero cartooons. In the afternoon drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Lay on the couch and watch “Norma Rae” (1979). Go to bed early.

In the morning drive to the courthouse to start up the jury trial again. Client changes course and takes a plea bargain. It is a very good deal. Run around other courts to make appearances now that the trial is not going. In the afternoon walk to the office to work for a while. Walk down to the lakefront. See geese toiling away for sustenance at twilight. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Sit around for three hours waiting to see if my case is going to trial. In the afternoon start picking a jury. Long day. Drive home.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on preparing a case for trial tomorrow. Drive to Lorena’s house. See Xena. Give Xena a Beanie Baby toy. Chase her around to take it back from her. She keeps it away from me successfully. Later walk down to the lakefront. Walk around until it gets dark out. Walk back home.

In the morning drive to Drexel Avenue and Howell Avenue. Walk southt to Ryan Road. Walk west to 76th Street. Walk north to Drexel Avenue. Walk around a small park. See a family playing softball while a girl roller blades around the park. Walk back to my car. Drive home. It was another nice sunny winter day.
