Loud and talkative

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Clean the kitchen. Drive to Meiji restaurant in Waukesha. Eat steak and shrimp with rice. Drive to Heather’s house. Celebrate Elise’s birthday. Elise and her friend are loud and talkative the whole time.

A TARDIS by the Hillel school

In the morning drive to Good Hope Road. Park behind the Hillel school. See several kids running around a tennis court. Take a moment to think about how wonderful their feelings of innocence and freedom are at this young age. Walk west to 91st Street. Walk north to Donges Bay Road. Walk back to my car. My right knee is in pain again. See a TARDIS by the Hillel school. I did not see it there earlier this morning. Drive home.

New Berlin again

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive to Sam’s Club. Get several cases of Diet Coke. Drive to I-43 and Moorland Road. Walk around New Berlin again. Drive home.

Lawrence of Arabia

In the morning try to drive to the courthouse. My car won’t start. The battery is dead. Walk to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Walk home. Take a nap. Call to get a battery jump. Car starts up fine. Drive around to recharge the battery real good. At night watch “Lawrence of Arabia” (1962).

South to Muskego

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. In the afternoon drive to I-43 and Moorland Road. Get out and walk south to Muskego. Walk back to my car. Drive home.

Running the World

In the morning walk to the office. Work on secveral files. Walk to the Downtown Kitchen for lunch. See several attractive business women running the world while eating their salads. Walk back to the office. Work all afternoon. Walk home. At night watch “The Wild Bunch” (1969).

Country roads in the rain

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. In the afternoon drive to New Berlin. Walk around country roads in the rain. Listen to the Brewers hang on for a 1-0 win over the San Diego Padres. Drive home.

Thigh high boots

In the morning drive to Capitol Drive and Brookfield Road. Get out and walk west to Highway 164. Walk south to Waukesha. It is bright and sunny. It gets to 80 degrees. Suddenly the sky begins to turn dark. A quick rainstorm blows through. I wait it out a McDonald’s. See a beautiful girl in thigh high boots strut around the restaurant. After the rain clears walk east to Kopp’s. Go in for an ice cream cone. The sun comes back. Walk back to my car in pain. Drive home.

A bit of a daze

Get up early. Drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk over to the Safety Building. Go in for a homicide sentencing, a drug case plea and sentencing, a status hearing and then a preliminary hearing. Drive home. Walk in a daze to Brady Street. Walk north on Farwell Avenue. Walk back home. Still in a bit of a daze.

Back down Wisconsin Avenue

In the morning walk to the office. Do a couple of hearings over Zoom. In the afternoon drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk over to the courthouse for more hearings. In the afternoon walk up State Street and back down Wisconsin Avenue.
