In the morning walk to the office. Do a court hearing over Zoom. Walk home. In the afternoon drive to the courthouse. Go in for a quick hearing. Drive home. Walk back to the office. Do another court hearing over Zoom. Walk home. Drive to Five Mile Road. Walk west to 43rd Street. Walk north to Seven Mile Road. It is all farmland down here. Walk back to my car. Drive home.

Complain to the guards

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive out to the House of Correction. Complain to the guards when it takes too long for them to bring out the client. Do the consultation still pissed off. Drive home. Eat lunch. In the afternoon drive back to the courthouse. Go in for more hearings. Drive home. Exhausted. Take a short nap. Doesn’t help. Watch “Panic in the Year Zero!” (1962). Also watch a Batman cartoon. Go to bed.

Caledonia Historic Village

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for three consultations. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work on getting all the files ready for next week. Walk home. Drive south to Five Mile Road. Walk around the Village of Caledonia. Walk around the Caledonia Historic Village. Walk back to my car as the sun sets. Drive home.

Watch birds with a pair of binoculars

In the morning drive to 84th and Wisconsin Avenue. Get out and Walk north around Wauwatosa. Walk south to the Hank Aaron trail. Walk east to American Family Field. See Brewer fans walking to the stadium. Walk west up National Avenue. Walk around West Allis. Walk back to my car. Drive home. Relax for an hour. Drive to Heather’s house. Eat ribs and a potato for dinner while sitting on the backyard porch. Watch birds with a pair of binoculars. Drive home.

South Shore

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. Get my list of things all done. Walk home. In the afternoon walk south to Bay View. Walk to South Shore Beach. Walk south to Oklahoma Avenue. Walk to Cesar Chavez Drive. Stop at the Comales for four tacos. Walk home.

New skyscraper going up

In the morning walk to the office. Work the rest of the morning. Walk home. Eat lunch. Walk back to the office. Work some more. Walk home. Walk down to the lakefront. Admire the construction of the new skyscraper going up down there. Walk along the lake to Northpoint. Walk back along Farwell Avenue and up Brady Street. Walk back home.

Five and a Half Mile Road

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for several hearings. Drive to a gas station to put air in my tires. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work all afternoon. Walk home. Drive to a church on Five and a Half Mile Road. Walk north to Seven Mile Road. Turn around and walk back south to Five and a Half Mile Road. Walk back to my car. Drive off and stop off Ryan Road to pick up a pizza. Drive home.

The Incredible Shrinking Man

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Walk over to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. Eat lunch. Leave to go back to court. Get stuck in the elevator. Call the Fire Department to help me. They arrive in about 20 minutes and set me free. Drive to the courthouse. Go in for a sentencing hearing. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while.
