Go in for consultation. Client is indeed changing his mind. Fill out plea forms. Client signs. Walk back to the office. Electronically file the plea forms with the court. Walk home.
In the morning walk to the Couture. Go in and get a haircut. Walk home. Drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk over to the courthouse. Go in for a sentencing hearing. The court is in trial so the case is adjourned. Drive home. Listen to the last game of the Wild Card round of the Major League Baseball playoffs.
In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Drive home. In the afternoon walk to Los Comales. Eat tacos. Walk home. Listen to four baseball games back to back to back to back again today.
In the morning walk to the office. Work on several projects. Walk home. In the afternoon walk north to UW-Milwaukee. Listen to four baseball games back to back to back to back. The Major League Baseball playoffs are underway.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for jury trial. Case is adjourned. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. At night watch episode 7 of “Lanterns” (2026).
In the afternoon walk south to Bay View. Walk to the Cactus Club. Check out the venue. Walk up the stairs to see the green room where the bands hang out before taking the stage. Buy a t-shirt and hat bearing the name of the Cactus Club. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a bunch of hearings. Walk to the jail for a consultation. Walk home. In the afternoon walk to the office. Work for a while. Write up a motion to get an adjournment for Monday’s trial due to new evidence. Walk home. Go to acupuncture appointment. Walk home in a daze. Walk north on Prospect Avenue all the way to the UW-Milwaukee student union. See some students actually studying on a Friday night! Walk home while listening to Harvard hang on to defeat the Brown Bears.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. Lay on the couch and put ice then heat on my lower back. In the afternoon drive back to the courthouse. Go in to preliminary hearing court. Sit there all afternoon. Drive home. Try to walk but the pain in my lower back shoots down my legs. Give up and walk home.
Wake up with searing lower back pain. Drive to Petsmart in Oak Creek. Buy frozen bllod worms for the fishes. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for consultations. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work briefly. Walk home. Walk out to Lakeshore State park. Walk back home.
