Go to the courthouse to finish up Jury trial.  Walk around Mac Arthur Square up to Wisconsin Avenue and back down to MATC while waiting for verdict.  Rain at night.  Watch more Vietnam War documentary.

10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Go to the 6th floor of the downtown courthouse to do another jury trial.  Walk around MacArthur Square at lunchtime.  It is very warm and humid.  Ride bike after dinner down to the post office to mail off briefs to the Court of Appeals.  Ride south to Lapham Street.  Tired all day.

10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Ride Bike to Lake Park.  Go to Heather’s house in Waukesha for a cookout.

10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Do another water change on the new tank.  Go to the office for a short bit of work.  Ride bike south on the Oak Leaf Trail past South Shore Park into St. Francis.

10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Do water changes on the old and new fish tanks.  Clean filter on the old tank.  Go to the office for a short while.  Ride bike along the Oak Leaf Trail out to Lincoln Park.  Warm and sunny.

196.9 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Go to the office and read police reports all day.  Do a phone consultation with a client in prison.  Ride bike to the jail to do another consultation with a client.  Ride bike to the southside.  Stop by Cermak grocery store to buy Diet Coke and Ice Mountain water.

10 minutes on the Elliptical.   Go to Children’s Court in the morning for a trial.  Drive out to the House of Correction in the afternoon.  Drive through constrction traffic and yell and scream at the waste of time I am enduring.  Meet with client.  Ride bike to the Safety Building to pick up discs from the District Attorney’s Office.  Drop of jury clothes at the jail for next week’s trial.  I bought the clothes from Goodwill earlier in the day.  Go back home and clean the bathroom.  See the Siamese Algae Eater again in the old tank.  It survived!!  I see there are at least 10 baby fish in the old tank.  Ride bike to Miller Park and watch the fans getting ready for the game.  Brewers are playing the New York Mets.

197.3 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Go to the office and work all day and get a ton of stuff done.  Go home and clean and dust and vacuum in the living room.  Ride bike to Washington Park and back.  I wish I had this kind of energy and positive vibrations running through my mind and body every day.  I will work on this and make it so.

197.4 pounds.  Go to the Milwaukee County Courthouse in the morning for a pre-trial hearing.  Go to the office.  Walk to the East Side to eat a pizza and get a haircut.  Walk back downtown.  When the walk started it was cold and wet and gray and when it ended it was warm and dry and blue.

5 minutes on the Elliptical.  Work at the office in the morning.  Drive to Kenosha County Jail to meet a client.  Drive over to the Racine County Courthouse for a pre-trial hearing.  Stop at A&W on the way home for dinner.  Lay in front of the TV while it rains and rains and rains…
