Walking cures the blues

Slow morning. Lay around until noon. Go to the office in the afternoon to work on my personal development blueprint for 2020. Drive to REI in Brookfield. Buy some new gloves and a comfy hood for cold weather. At night walk up Prospect Avenue to North Avenue. Walk down Farwell Avenue to Brady Street. Walk downtown to the Fiserv Forum. Walk around the area while the Bucks are playing inside. Break my post-Christmas depression during the walk. Walking cures the blues.

Make New Years resolutions

Walk north on Prospect Aevnue. Walk up North Avenue to the Milwaukee River. Walk along the river trail to Capitol Drive. Think about all the progress I will make in 2020. Make New Years resolutions. Lose one of my gloves along the way. Get home tired. Crash on the couch.

Theragun

Take the Hiawatha train to Chicago. Walk around downtown. 60 degress, Don’t need a coat or hat. At night go to Best Buy to get a Theragun. Run it all over my legs. It works. This will help with my recovery time after work outs.

A unicorn for mija

In the morning go to Lorena’s house. Drop off a present for her family. It is a Presto Pizzazz Plus rotating pizza oven. Also drop off a pink unicorn for mija. Go to Heather’s house. Open presents and eat dinner.

See the new Star Wars movie

Clean the house. Wrap Christmas presents. Walk to Bay View. Stop and see the new Star Wars movie. At night walk up Prospect Avenue to North Avenue. Walk back down Farwell Avenue to Brady Street. Walk around downtown. Listen to the Packers beat the Minnesota Vikings, 23-10.
