Dismissed

Drive down to Racine. Go to court and get my client’s cases dismissed. Drive back to Milwaukee. Go to the courthouse and then to the Safety Building for status hearings. Walk to the office. Still sore all over. Super tired too. Go to bed early again.

Difficulty

Wake up in alot of pain. 80,000 steps in two days did that to me. Difficulty walking up and down the stairs on my way to court. Difficulty walking up and down the sidewalks to my office. Difficulty doing anything other than laying on the couch or sleeping in my bed.

Urban Candlelight Hike

In the afternoon, walk up the Oak Leaf Trail to Capitol Drive. Listen to the XFL game. The Houston Roughnecks go back and forth with the Tampa Bay Vipers, winning 34-27. At night, walk up Canal Street to the Three Bridges Park. Walk along the trails set up for the Urban Candlelight Hike. See people grilling marshmallow smores. Listen to the results from the Nevada Democrat caucus. Go over 40,00 steps.

Replay

In the morning go to the courthouse for some hearings. Make telephone consultations to clients in prison. In the afternoon go back to the courthouse for another hearing. At night go to Orange Theory. Walk down Wisconsin Avenue then up Prospect Avenue to North Avenue. Walk down Farwell Avenue to Brady Street. Walk up Cass Street all the way back downtown. Listen to the replay of the Bucks win over the Detroit Pistons from last night.

Worn down by the cold

Go to the courthouse in the morning for several hearings. Drive out to the House of Correction for a consultation. Go back to the courthouse in the afternoon for another hearing. At night walk to the office in the cold. Worn down by the cold. Work for a little while. Go home tired.

Bright and cold winter day

Bright and cold winter day. In the morning go to the Safety Building for a couple of hearings. In the afternoon go to the office. Work all afternoon. At night go to Orange Theory.

The sun breaks out

In the morning walk to the office. Feel sick. It is cold and grey and it sucks. In the afternoon the sun breaks out. My sickness lifts. The day gets so much better. Go to the jail for consultations. In the late afternoon, walk on the Oak Leaf Trail to Capitol Drive. Wander back downtown while the sun sets. Stop at the Municipal Building to vote in the Spring Primary Election.
