Irritates my right eye

In the morning my contact lens irritates my right eye. It gets red and blows up. Pull out the offending lens and replace it. Drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Eat lunch. Drive back to the courthouse. Go in for a sentencing hearing. Drive home. Take the contact lens out. My eye is still messed up.

Ziggy Stardust

In the morning clean the kitchen and do the laundry. In the afternoon drive to the courthouse for a preliminary hearing. The court is in trial. I sit in the hallway and wait. Listen to the entire David Bowie album “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars” (1972).

Dismantiling cubicle walls

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for preliminary hearing. Case is adjourned. Walk back to my car. See workers dismantiling the cubicle walls from a county office that have probably been up for four decades or so. Drive home.

Dancing in a farm field

In the morning drive to Oconomowoc in the rain. It clears up. Walk west and south into the Town of Concord. See a crane dancing in a farm field. Walk back to Oconomowoc. Walk along Beach Drive and look at the mansions on the lake. Drive home.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Crash out. Take a nap. Wake up unrefreshed. Lay on the couch and binge watch more “Kodak”.
