In the morning walk up Prospect Avenue. Walk out to Capitol Drive. It is very cold out here. It is also bright and mostly sunny. Walk over to the Oak Leaf trail. Walk it back home.



In the morning walk to the office. Get alot of work done. Walk home. In the afternoon walk down to the lakefront. Clear snow away from the spots where I put out peanuts and corn for the squirrels and refill accordingly. Walk home.

In the morning drive to Farm and Fleet. Go in buy bird seed. Drive to Sam’s Club. Go in and buy Diet Coke and Ice Mountain water. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for a consultation. Drive to the Children’s Courthouse. Go to the detention area for a consultation. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk down to the lakefront. It is warm and sunny. Listen to podcasts talking about the life and carrer of David Bowie. Walk home. Make several trips to the car to bring up the purchases I made today.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. The window shade salesman stops by to show me specs for motorized shades. Very cool. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Try for a walk but don’t go very far. Walk home.

In the morning drive to Fredonia. Walk east to the Ozaukee County trail. Walk south. Walk west. My legs and shoulders hurt. Make it back to my car after taking 30,000 steps. Drive home.
