Don't Worry, Be Happy
In the morning drive to Waukesha. Go to the jail for a consultation. The place is crowded and busy. Drive home. In the afternoon crash out. Take a long nap. Walk up the Zeidler Municipal Building. Early vote for the Fall Primary Election. Walk around downtown.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. Walk to the office. Do another court hearing over Zoom. Walk home. In the afternoon walk back to the office. Work all afternoon. At night walk along the lakefront to Northpoint. Walk along the river back downtown. End the walk in a very happy and relaxed mood.
In the morning check out of the hotel. Drive up to Merrill. Walk around the little city. It is very charming. Drive back to Wausau. Eat lunch at a bad Chinese restaurant. Go to the Marathon County Courthouse for a sentencing hearing. Drive back to Milwaukee.
In the morning pack up for trip to Marathon County. Drive to Wausau. Walk around the northern edge of the city. In the late afternoon walk around the nearby Village of Kronenwetter. Listen to the Brewers comeback win over the Colorado Rockies.
In the morning drive to Petco to buy frozen blood worms for the fish. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work on getting ready for next week. In the afternoon ride my bike to 51st and Morgan Avenue. Walk south to Layton Avenue. Walk west to 76th Street. Stop at Kopp’s. Get ice cream. See a girl in a big purple dress. It is ridiculously large. Walk west to 84th Street. Walk north to Morgan Avenue. Walk back to my bike. Ride home. At night there is a big thunder and lightning storm.
In the morning drive to the Racine County Courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive back home. Later walk west on National Avenue out to American Family Field. Walk around and hang out with the fans as they enjoy the nice weather before the Brewers game. Walk over to Wisconsin Avenue. Walk back home.
In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. In the afternoon drive back to the courthouse. Go in for a sentencing hearing and a competency hearing. Client puts on a real show for the judge. After work walk up to Bradford Beach.
In the morning walk to the office. Do a preliminary hearing over Zoom. Work the rest of the day on a variety of files. I am extremely productive at the office. After work go for a short walk around downtown.
In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for the jury trial. I am there all day. Get a verdict just before 5:00 P.M. Drive to pick up a pizza. Drive home. Go to sleep early, while the sun is still shining.
