In the morning drive to South Milwaukee. Walk along the paths and lands along Lake Michigan. Walk south to Ryan Road. It starts raining. Walk in the rain all the way back to my car. Get soaked.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. In the afternoon struggle to walk around West Allis. My legs are on fire. This is rough.

In the morning drive to Brookfield Road and Capitol Drive. Walk west to Springdale Road. Walk south to Greenfield Avenue. Walk east back to Brookfield Road. Walk back to my car. On this walk cross through Brookfield, Pewaukee, Waukesha and New Berlin. Listen to the United States soccer team tie England in World Cup 0-0. So much excitement!

In the morning drive to 84th and Lincoln. Walk around West Allis again. Drive to Heather’s house. Everyone is already at the table eating. I take a seat and catch up quickly. Afterwards we laugh and watch the “Pinky the Cat” viral video from the 1990’s. I laugh so hard that I start crying.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. In the afternoon drive to Lorena’s house. Play football on the sidewalk with Xena. She gets tired of that. She brings out the Rainbow High Dolls. I am the voice for two of the dolls. Xena is their auntie. “Auntie can we go to the store?” Xena says No! “Auntie can we go to a party and drink beer and smoke cigarettes?” Xena says No! “Auntie can we go to the club and dance and twerk for the boys?” Xena says No! “Auntie, you are too strict with us!”. Xena grabs the dolls and throws them on the ground. Xena tells them: “You girls are being bad!” At night drive to 84th and Lincoln Avenue. Walk around West Allis until it gets dark.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in early to get in a jail visit with a client. Go to a long hearing. Drive to Lorena’s house. Xena is sick this morning. Give her a United States World Cup hat. She wears it proudly. Drive back to the courthouse. Go in for another hearing. Stop at the jail for another consultation with a different client. Do another late afternoon hearing. Drive home. Crash on the couch. Watch “Blade Runner 2049” (2017).

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for an epic slate of court hearings. Seven cases in six different courts. In the afternoon drive to 60th and Lincoln Avenue. Walk north through the Veterans cemetery grounds. Listen to the United States tie Wales 1-1 in the World Cup. Walk back to my car.

In the morning drive to 76th and Capitol Drive. It is real cold this morning. Walk south to 60th Street. Walk north to Good Hope Road. Walk back south on 91st Street. Walk around Timmerman Airport. Walk back to my car.

Drive to 76th and Lincoln Avenue. Walk north to State Street. Walk through Jacobus Park. On the way up there is a light dusting of snow. Then a blinding snowstorm hits. On the way back I walk through the park again. Now it is covered in snow. It is dark by the time I get back to my car. Drive home.

In the morning walk to the office. Work on several files. In the afternoon drie to Lorena’s house. Xena has alot of energy today. We run and run and run…..
