In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive home. In the afternoon walk to the office. See the Hop off its track. The Hop was struck by a garbage truck. Walk to the Downtown Kitchen. Have a salad. Walk back to the office. Walk by the Hop to see it being lifted up. Walk to the office. Have a consultation with a client. Do a court hearing with her over Zoom. Walk home. Later walk around downtown for a bit.

Goose having a road rage fit

In the morning walk to the office. Prepare files for tomorrow. Walk home. In the afternoon walk south to National Avenue. Walk west to 76th Street. Walk back along the Hank Aaron trail then down Canal Street. On the way home see a goose having a road rage fit.

Order a fish fry

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Drive to downtown Waukesha. Walk west on the Glacial Drumlin trail. Walk back east on Summit Avenue. Stop at the Mainstream Bar and Grill. Order a fish fry for take out. Sit on the music stage waiting for my order. The place is crowded. Drive home.

Around the lagoon

In the morning drive to the jail. Go in for consultations. Drive to the Children’s Detention Center. Go in for a consultation with a juvenile client. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a couple of hours more. Walk down to the lakefront. Walk around the lagoon. See squirrels, ducks, geese and a bunny rabbit. Walk home.

Cheeseburger and fries to go

In the morning walk to the office. Work on a motion. Work on it all day. Finish the motion. Wak to the Third Street Market Hall. Get a cheeseburger and fries to go. Walk home. Watch “The Manchurian Candidate” (1962).

Fox River Sanctuary

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Drive to downtown Waukesha. Walk west to the Glacial Drumlin trail. Walk west to Highway 18. Walk to Sunset Drive. Walk east. Stop at the Fox River Sanctuary. See a couple of cranes and some geese too. Walk to a subdivision. Walk north back to my car. Drive home.

No show

In the morning walk to the office. Wait around for a client to come in for an office appointment. She is a no show. No call either. Walk around the Third Ward in the afternoon.

Lake Michigan is blue and peaceful

In the morning drive north to Grafton. Walk north to Port Washington. Walk around the lakefront. Lake Michigan is blue and peaceful. Walk west to the Ozaukee Interurban trail. Walk back to the car. Drive home. My right knee is sore from the journey.

In the morning clean the fish tank. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. In the afternoon walk north along the lakefront to Bradford Beach. The sun escapes from the clouds for a few minutes. Walk west along North Avenue. Follow the river back downtown.
