196.0 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk up Propsect Avenue to North Avenue then back down Farwell Avenue to Brady Street.  Walk up Brady Street then down Astor Street.  Later walk up St. Paul Avenue to the train station.  No evidence of spring in the trees or anywhere on the ground.  

197.2 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk to National Avenue then up to 16th Street.  Cross the Viaduct Bridge past the Potowatomi Casino over to Marquette University.  Walk back down Wisconsin Avenue.

197.2 pounds.  5 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk up to Marquette and down 12th Street near the freeway.  Cross the pedestrian bridge.  Walk down Vliet Street.  Stop at Best Fish and buy a bag of live brine shrimp.  The fish happily enjoy them for dinner.

197.9 pounds.  Go to Aquatics Unlimited in the morning and buy a Siamese Algae Eater.  It is so tiny.  When I try to release it from the bag it clings to the plastic.  Then when it finally falls into the tank it sits in the corner in a daze.  I chase away the other fish.  I hope he/she makes it.  In the afternoon walk to the Humane Society to look at the dogs.  It is like they are in jail.  They sit in their cells.  They are all depressed.

197.1 pounds.  In the morning walk to Marquette and over to the Pabst Brewery and down to Best Fish.  Buy treats for the fish.  See Cubs fans everywhere.   At sunset walk to Miller Park and see Cubs fans everywhere.  Brewers lose to the Cubs.

196.7 pounds.  5 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk down Broadway in the Third Ward.

197 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk up to Zeidler Municipal Building to vote for the next justice on the State Supreme Court.  Walk to McDonalds for dinner.  Rainy and cold.

199.5 pounds.  10 minutes on the Elliptical.  Walk to Miller Park.  See lots of drunk people and beer cans all over the place.  Brewers lose to the St. Louis Cardinals.
