In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the geese. Drive to the courthouse. Finish the jury trial. My closing argument was an out of body experience. I gave a passionate oration that convinced the jury to vote Not Guilty. I watched myself give the best closing argument of my carreer so far as though someone else was up there doing it. In the late afternoon ride my bike up the Hank Aaron trail to 116th Street. Ride south to Lincoln Avenue. Ride back downtown. At night walk to the lagoon. Put out seed for the geese sitting in the water just off shore. I can see them there in the dark. Watch them slowly waddle up from the water to eat their late night snack.

In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the geese. Drive to the courthouse. More jury trial. Over the lunch break review the jury instructions in the parking garage below the courthouse.

Go to courthouse in the morning for jury trial. Pick a jury in the morning. Start testimony in the afternoon. At night ride my bike to Riverwest. Go to Tai Chi class. Ride bike home. A bright moon lights my way. Listen to the World Series.

In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the six geese. There are many other geese there. Battles over the piles of seed ensue. There are flakes of snow in the air. Drive to the courthouse. Spend the whole day at the courthouse. At night go to Orangetheory.

In the morning walk down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the six geese. Walk home. In the afternoon ride my bike out to Highway 100. Listen to the Packers beat up on the Houston Texans. Go to Home Depot. Get a bag of corn on the cob treats for the squirrels. Ride back home. Ride down to the lakefront and put out more seed for the ducks and put a corn cob on the Bodhi tree.

Walk back down to the lagoon. Put out more seed for the ducks. The six geese are back now. Drive to Waukesha. Stop at Sam’s Club. Get soda and water and paper plates. Drive to Heather’s house. Celebrate my birthday early. The cake has my name on it.

Walk over to the Criminal Justice Facility for some prelminary hearings. Walk over to the courthouse. Get a case dismissed. Drive out to the House of Correction. Go in for a couple more consultations. Drive home. At sunset walk to the lagoon. Put out more seed for the ducks.

In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the six geese. Drive back home. Do a couple of court hearings on my cell phone using the Zoom app. Become tired. Take a long nap. In the late afternoon walk to the office to work on a few things. Go to bed early.

Feed a bunch of different geese that happen to be down there. The ducks are there too. Listen to Barack Obama making a campaign speech in Philadelphia. Walk home. At night go to Orangetheory.
