In the morning drive down to the lagoon to feed the ducks and the six geese. Drive out to the House of Correction. Go in for a couple of consultations. In the afternoon walk back down to the lagoon. Feed a bunch of different geese that happen to be down there. The ducks are there too. Listen to Barack Obama making a campaign speech in Philadelphia. Walk home. At night go to Orangetheory.
Vote for Joe Biden
In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Feed the ducks and the six geese. That seventh goose is not out there. Drive to the Safety Building. Go in for a couple of hearings. Walk over to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Walk up to the office. Work all afternoon. On the way home after work stop at the Zeidler Municipal Building. Go in and vote for Joe Biden. Walk home. At night walk to Locust Street to attend Tai Chi class. Walk home in the rain while listening to the World Series.
Real Chili
In the morning drive to the lagoon. Put seed out for the six geese and the ducks. The seventh goose is not there. Drive to the Safety Building for jury trial. Case is dismissed. Go to the jail for a couple of consultations. Walk up Wells Street. Go to Real Chili. Order a chili dog and chips. Take it back to the courthouse. Eat it in the courthouse cafe. Go to the jail for more consultations. Go home and take a short nap. Go to Orangetheory. Go back home and put ice on my knees. My achilles tendon hurts all night long.
The same spooky lady
In the morning walk down to the lagoon. It is raining. Softly at first but then much harder as I get closer to home. The ducks are there but none of the geese are. More for the ducks to share! Drive out to 124th and North Avenue. Go to Kohl’s. Get a couple of suits and shirts and ties that are on sale. Later after the rain clears walk along the lakefront all the way to Capitol Drive. See the same spooky lady from last year sitting in somebody’s yard. She is on a swing in front of a cross and a skull. Listen to the Packers get blown out by the Tampa Bay Buccanears. Walk to Culver’s. Get a dish of ice cream. Enjoy my ice cream in the sun. Walk home as the sun sets. Lay on the couch and watch Sunday Night Football.
Separate pile
In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the six geese and the ducks. The seventh one is there. He eats from a separate pile of seed away from the others. Go to Orangetheory. In the afternoon walk down to the lagoon again. Walk to the office. Pack up files for next week. Go home and watch TV.
Outnumbered
In the morning drive down to the lagoon. Put out seed for the ducks and the six geese. The seventh one is back today. The others don’t chase him away. They let him eat from one of the piles off to the side. Drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Stop at the jail for a couple of consultations. Drive out to the House of Correction. Go in for a couple more consultations. Drive back to the Safety Building. Go in for a late afternoon hearing. Walk back down to the lagoon. There is one goose there. He eats from a pile. Then the ducks begin to swarm over and he is soon greatly outnumbered.
Drive down to Racine
In the morning drive down to the lagoon and put out seed for the six geese and the ducks. Drive to the jail. Go in for a consultation. In the afternoon drive to Rawson Avenue. Go to Fleet & Farm and pick up more geese and duck food. Load it in my trunk. Stop at the grocery store as long as I am out there. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for another consultation. Drive down to Racine. Go to the Law Enforcement Center for a hearing. While walking back to my car see a big group of street people drinking beers and talking. They look like they are having a nice afternoon. Drive home. Walk down to the lagoon at sunset and put out more seed for the geese and ducks. Other geese wander over and a battle erupts. While the geese fight the ducks keep on eating away.
Mount Everest challenge
In the morning go to the courthouse for a plea and sentencing hearing. In the afternoon ride my bike west on the Hank Aaron trail. Ride south on the Oakleaf trail to Drexel Avenue. Ride back downtown via Packard Avenue and Kinnickinnik Drive. At night go to Orangetheory. Do the Mount Everest challenge. Run over a mile on the tread mill at high inclines. Go home and put ice on my knees.

In the morning go down to the lagoon and put out seed for the six geese and the ducks. Drive to the Criminal Justice Facility. Sit there all morning for preliminary hearings. In the afternoon ride my bike north on the Oak Leaf Trail. A yellow canopy of tree leaves hangs over the trail. Ride to Bradley Road. Ride west to Wauwatosa. Ride over to the Hank Aaron Trail. Ride back home. Later ride my bike to Riverwest. Go to the Tai Chi workshop. Ride my bike back home in the dark.
Seventh one is not there
In the morning go down to the lagoon and put out seed for the six geese and the ducks. The seventh goose that was trying to hang with the other six is not out there. Go to the Safety Building. Go to a couple of court hearings. Walk to the office. Work all afternoon. Get a bunch of stuff done. At night go to Orangetheory. Tough workout. Get in tons of cardio.
