In the morning drive to Grafton. Get out and walk east then north then west then south again. Walk over seven hours. Drive home.




In the morning drive to the courthouse. Gon in for a preliminary hearing. Drive home. In the afternoon drive back to the courthouse for a restitution hearing. Drive home. Ride my bike up to North Avenue. Get out and walk to Capitol Drive. Mot of the leaves are off the trees. Walk over to Humboldt Avenue. Walk south back to my bike. Ride home in the dark.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk to Catalano Sqaure. See the Third Ward Christmas tree being set up. Walk the lakefront. Find geese and toss bread out to them. They flock to me in great numbers. Walk back home.

In the morning see the window repair man about some damaged windows at my condo. Drive to the House of Correction. Listen to a podcast about the life of Nellie Bly. Go in for consultations. Drive to Kopp’s. Pick up a burger and ice cream. Drive home. It rained all day.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. This year’s courthouse Christmas tree is up. Go in for several hearings. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work on several items. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the Town of Cedar Grove. Walk north to Oostburg. Stop at a Pizza Ranch for the buffet. Walk south back to my car. Listen to the Packers hang on to beat the New York Giants. Drive home.



In the morning the closet system installer shows up. He installs everything while I watch episodes of “Kojak”. It turns out fine. In the afternoon walk through Cathedral Square on my way to the grocery store. The Christmas decorations are going up all over.

In the morning wait for the closet system installer to show up. No show. I am pissed off. Ride my bike north up the Oak Leaf trail. Walk around UW-Milwaukee. Walk north on the Oak Leaf. Walk back my bike. Ride home.


In the morning drive to the Town of Belgium. Walk north on farm roads. See cows eating at a trough. See gulls following behind a farmer’s tractor looking for food churned up by his plow. See chickens sitting under a porch. Walk to Cottage Grove. See kids running out of the grade school for recess. Walk south back to my car. Drive home.
