In the morning struggle to get going. Drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Drive home. Struggle with a headache the rest of the day. Lay on the couch and watch “Oh, God! You Devil” (1984).

In the morning drive back to Kenosha. Walk back down to the lakefront. Walk out to the shore. Walk out on the pier. Walk back to my car. Listen to the Packers beat up on the 49ers. Drive home.

In the morning drive to Kenosha. Walk down to the lakefront. Walk along busy country roads. Walk until it gets dark. Listen to Harvard lose The Game to Yale. Ruins the whole season in my opinion. Drive home.

In the morning go to court for several hearings. Drive home. Eat lunch. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk to Zeidler Square. Look for squirrels. Throw out peanuts and sunflower seeds. Walk to the Third Street Market. Order a pizza from Pizza Shuttle. Walk home. Eat the pizza. At night watch “The New Centurions” (1972).

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for hearings. Walk over to the jail. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Eat lunch. Drive back to the courthouse. Go in for another hearing. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. Walk to Zeidler Square. Look for squirrels. Put out peanuts and sunflower seeds. Walk to Pete Marquette Park. Get free cookies and hot chocolate at the “Peace, Love & Lights” show. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the House of Correction. Stop in for a consultation. Drive to Sam’s Club. Go in to get a supply of Diet Coke and Ice Mountain water. Drive to the downtown jail. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Eat lunch. Walk to the office. Work on several files. Walk home. Walk to the Marquette campus. See a bunch of college squirrels. Throw out peanuts and put sunflower seeds at under the trees. Walk down to Pere Marquette Park. See the set up underway for the Holiday Lights ceremony for tomorrow night. Walk home.

In the morning drive to the courthouse for several hearings. Walk by this year’s courthouse Christmas tree as it is being set up. Drive home. Walk to the office. Work for awhile. Get a bunch of things done. Walk home. Walk to Zeidler Square. See several squirrels running all over the place. They watch me. They run to the spots where I put down the peanuts and sunflower seeds and fill their faces as much as they can before running off. Walk back home.

In the morning drive to the courthouse. Go in for a hearing. Drive to the House of Correction. Go in for a consultation. Drive home. Eat lunch. Walk to the office. Do a consultation over the phone with a client up in prison. It starts raining. Not in a nice mood most of the day. Walk home in the rain. At night watch “The Killing Fields” (1984).

In the morning drive south across the southern border with Illinois. Walk along the lakefront. Walk to Zion. See a black squirrel. Listen to the Packers beat the Bears at the last second by blocking a field goal attempt. Drive home.

In the morning walk to the office. Work for a while. Walk home. In the afternoon walk south across the 6th Street bridge. Walk down to the lakefront by the Horn bridge. Listen to Harvard beat Penn. Walk home.
