In the morning drive to a Park and Ride lot in Oconomowoc. Walk west. Walk south. Walk down quiet country roads. Walk around the edge of Lake Labelle. Walk back to my car. Drive to the McDonalds. Struggle to move around. Everything is hurting. Drive home.
