Listen to the Chargers beat the Washington Football Team. Walk up 16th. See the parade of cars and trucks celebrating Mexican Independence. Listen to the Packers get clobbered by the Saints. Walk north to Wisconsin Avenue. An offshoot of the parade comes downtown. It starts to rain.
